Success in leadership and in life is always an inside job. It starts with the individual leader becoming self-aware, and learning to manage their own thoughts, actions, and emotions. Research consistently shows that self-aware leaders make better decisions, regulate emotions more effectively, and build stronger teams (Eurich, 2021).

Leaders then must learn how to lead, motivate, and communicate with others to effectively build strong cultures and successful organizations.

The session will look at how to feel more in control in our daily lives in a world that may seem out of control. Situations, circumstances, and events can be uncertain. That’s the nature of life. Especially at work, when we feel separate from others or from the whole, this can create a feeling of isolation and survival.
