About NMA

The National Management Association (NMA) is a not-for-profit organization that provides management and leadership development opportunities to help sponsoring organizations discover, develop, and showcase leadership talent. NMA is made up of chapters at companies and organizations in fields as diverse as aerospace, energy, health care, education, government, and defense.Chapters from various Lockheed Martin business areas make up a large part of NMA.
