About LMLA

LMLA members are Lockheed Martin employees or contractors who volunteer hours to the leadership organization in addition to their regular job duties. The organization maintains a close and mutually supportive relationship with our company management at Lockheed Martin offices around Fort Worth, Texas.

Throughout the year, members develop leadership skills, learn, network, volunteer, and have fun at our various events. The organization provides many opportunities for members to support its work to grow at Lockheed Martin and support the local community.
