Member Relations Group

The Member Relations group is responsible for recruiting and retaining members. Member Relations also promotes participation in chapter activities through a personal interface with the membership as well as holding New Member Orientation, membership drives and other appreciation and leadership events.

Strategic Alliances Team

The Strategic Alliances team is the touch point between LMLA and other entities within the Lockheed Martin Aeronautics community.  We work with Employee Resource Groups, Business Resource Organizations, Leadership Development Programs and professional organizations within the DFW metroplex.  Our mission is to build strong relations among these groups so we can offer our members the best professional growth opportunities within LM Aero.
