Maintainability, Systems Engineer Sr

Advanced Development Programs

 

Bradley Johnson is a Senior Systems Engineer providing technical Maintainability and Logistics Support Analyses for ADP. A proud Skunk for nearly two years, he is responsible for ensuring our Advanced Development products are maintainable and supportable.

 

Prior to joining ADP, Bradley was a Reliability Engineer and Sustainment liaison for the F-35 program. In this role, he was responsible for managing projects between the KEF Agile cell and the F-35 R&M team. Additionally, he was responsible for and supported the Reliability analyses for the F-35 PTMS system.

 

Mr. Johnson earned a Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering from the University of North Florida. He will graduate from Auburn University in May with his Master’s in Engineering and Graduate Certificate in Political Science and Nonprofit Governance.

 

 

Nicole LewisNicole Lewis

Global Logistics, Special Projects Team Lead

 

Nicole Lewis is the Special Projects Team Lead for Global Logistics at Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in Fort Worth. In her role, Nicole is responsible for proper coordination and oversight of all Global Pursuits, Technical Displays, Labs & Tech Services, BAE, and Raytheon weapons shipments both domestic and international.

 

Previously, Mrs. Lewis served in the role as the Global Transportation Japan Country Integrator for Lockheed Martin Aeronautics. In that role, she was responsible for all aspects of transportation and logistical movement of F-35 aircraft spares, repairs, test equipment, and other various shipments into, within, and out of the country of Japan for both US and Japanese military bases to include the FACO at MHI. Nicole also supported various F-35 squadrons on aircraft carriers that were deployed.

 

She formally served on the Total Chemical Management team as well as an Items Analyst supporting F-22. Prior to joining Lockheed Martin Aeronautics in 2008, she previously worked at the Boeing Company and served in the United States Marine Corps.

 

Mrs. Lewis graduated from American InterContinental University with a dual Bachelor’s degree in Accounting & Finance and a Master’s in Business Administration with a focus in Project Management.

 

 

Hahns Menard

Hahns Menard is a Program Manager on F-35 Sustainment responsible for LRIPs 6-9 Non-Annualized Efforts. In this capacity, he is responsible for the execution of the Prime Contract requirements ensuring timely completion and risk mitigation across U.S., Partners, and Foreign Customer bases.

 

Previously, Mr. Menard served in the F-35 Supply Chain Organization as an Integrator and Buyer. His roles and responsibilities increased to becoming a lead on the F-35 RADAR desk and BAE Teammate desk where he could help develop and grow the talent base of new hires. Along with mentoring, Mr. Menard had the responsibility to work with the supply base to bring a developed, capable, and affordable product to our various customers.

 

Mr. Menard graduated from Oklahoma Christian University with a Bachelor’s in Marketing Management and University of Texas Arlington with a Master’s in Business Administration.

 

 

Naomi Yachnik

Configuration Integration Program Manager

 

Naomi Yachnik is the Configuration Integration Program Manager, Production Program Office. In this role Naomi is responsible for Integration of all Production Aircraft Configuration Change Requests (CRs). In this role, she coordinates engineering changes, identify funding sources, and assist with strategic break-in of changes. She manages integration activities across Development, Production, Sustainment and Customer Programs for Configuration Readiness insertions into the Program. She is also responsible for Major Variances Report (MVR) backlog prevention, resolution, and Withhold Recover Plans.
 

Prior to this role Naomi has held Systems Engineer, Project Engineer and Control Account Manager roles for F-35 Air System Verification as well as Subcontract Management roles in F-35 Supply Chain Management.  Prior to joining Lockheed Martin in 2015, Naomi has held Accounting, Paralegal and Supply Chain Management roles for 15 years.

 

Within the Lockheed Martin Leadership Association (LMLA) Naomi has served as the Book Club Manager for two years. Here, she reached out to Directors and Vice-Presidents in Lockheed Martin to recommend a book which LMLA members would read and after a month meet to discuss the insights they got while reading the books. Naomi also serves as an LMLA instructor for Microsoft Excel classes which are freely offered to LMLA members. Using her PDCA Problem Solving skills from her White Belt Lean Six Sigma and work experience, she loves finding process gaps and facilitating efficiencies in tasks and processes. Naomi is a great proponent of knowledge sharing and transfer for growth hence uses any available opportunity to be an “integrator” within and outside Lockheed Martin by using her resources to connect people to facilitate their personal or career growth.

 

Naomi graduated with her Masters in MBA Supply Chain Management from University of Dallas and another master’s degree in Systems Engineering from Southern Methodist University. She has also completed Certified Manager level I, II and III programs offered by LMLA.
