The annual Aero QuickTalks mentoring event is hosted by multiple Aeronautics Business Resource Groups (BRGs) and professional societies in collaboration with Global Diversity and Inclusion (GD&I). This will be the first of several QuickTalks events for 2021. This session will be held virtually on Wednesday, April 14th, 2021 from 11AM to 12 PM CDT via Zoom.
Aero QuickTalks is a mentoring event geared towards having short, focused, and interactive conversations about leadership development in groups composed of a mentor and 3-4 mentees. The conversations will be about 40 minutes and held in Zoom breakout rooms. Sample questions will be provided for topics such as Culture of Accountability (CoA), Full Spectrum Leadership (FSL), and professional development. For these sessions, a mentor is defined as an L coded Manager, Director, Vice President or level 6 Principal, and a mentee is defined as any personnel at Lockheed Martin.
