NMA - Webinar: Ethics and Servant Leadership: Managing Through Crisis w/ Scott MacDonald

Join us Thursday, July 25 as Scott MacDonald discusses Ethics and Servant Leadership and how that relates to leading through a crisis.

Scot NMA

In times of change and crisis, there needs to be something that people and organizations can look to for guidance.  Lighthouses have been a navigational beacon for centuries.  How do leaders create their lighthouse to guide them through crisis and change.

Ethics, Servant Leadership and Authentic leadership are foundational elements of constructing the lighthouse.

This webinar will help demonstrate how leaders use these building blocks to guide people and organizations through difficult times.
