Mr. Caskey has a background in electronic warfare and acquisition intelligence. He has an aerospace engineering academic background, and trained/served as an electronic warfare officer on the B-52H and the RC-135 Rivet Joint. He is a pioneer in the new and emerging field of acquisition intelligence for the F-22 and F-35, as modern weapon system's immense dependence on intelligence information escalates. He has applied systems engineering principles to integrate intelligence information into weapon systems, recognizing intelligence information as a configurable component of the weapon system. He is the central figure within the F-35 Intelligence Team since 2003 and is leading the effort to develop intelligence-related software tools for broad use across Aeronautics.
